Silicon Valley is not just the leading hub and start-ups ecosystem for high-tech innovation, development and disruptive innovation but is also located in California’s agricultural powerhouses embedded in dynamic food cultures. Students will be immersed in the exciting food culture, connect with food start-ups, explore food tech, big data and visit champions of the tech world, such as Google and Airbnb. A focus will be on leadership development for an immersive experience designed to help students, using positive psychology as a leadership tool— to empower them to unleash their full potential, learn the innovation process and understand the framework of character strengths and how to apply them in their professional and personal life.

Thanks to the vast global partnership with business schools around the globe, such as Tongji University in Shanghai, China, students will delve into the themes of business and entrepreneurship and explore and develop, through different perspectives and transversal approaches, the entrepreneurial mindset with the assistance of a high-caliber of international faculty members with decades of teaching and real-world experiences.
