Studying food innovation in Italy

Presented by the Institute for the Future, Future Food Institute in and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, this 10-month advanced master’s degree in food, innovation and technology is set to kick off March 2015 and has an impressive line up of inspiring courses, lectures and workshops organized by professors from all over the world. Not just about theory, the program will have an intensive hands-on phase that includes the highly anticipated, Officucina makerspace for prototyping innovative products and services as well as give students the opportunity to engage in hackathon events, Innovation challenges with Corporate partners and be front and center at Milan Expo 2015 showcasing their creations to the world.
