All events that take place at the Food Innovation Program are part of our "On The Road" experience, which enables students and visitors to traverse the Emilia Romagna region and engage with other meaningful food clusters around the world.

The cultural collaboration between FIP and local academic/entrepreneurial communities is strong, and continues to be heightened with visits by international guests who are immersed in the food and technology realm.

FOOD IS A CONVERSATION

An array of notable keynote speakers will be invited throughout the year to start a conversation on various food related topics followed by engaged conversation. Talks are informal, inspiring and open to the community.

BOOKING TASTING

Open conversation organized in Libreria dell’Arco, Reggio Emilia at Officucina or in other locations around the Region with book writers and journalists. Guests speak about different topics such as food policy, the art of cooking, taste experiences and more.

FIELD TRIP

Throughout the year students will go on various field trips to discover culture, new territories, traditions and be immersed in various food production experiences.
