LAUNCH OF THE FUTURE FOOD LAB IN MADRID

We’re excited to share with you a project we’ve been cooking over the past few months:  The Future Food Lab  at  IED Innovation Lab .
Future Food Institute  and  Istituto Europeo di Design  have co-created this specialist unit with the mission of transforming people’s relationship with food, by taking a sustainable and human-centred approach to growing,
preparing, serving and consuming it.
The Future Food Lab is part of  iil. , a design playground for transformation projects. Working alongside 4 other specialist laboratories – XR Lab, Media Lab, FabLab, City Lab – we will provide our colleagues, neighbours, students, entrepreneurs, and institutions a new kind of design experience, enabling them to transform their homes, workplaces, neighbourhoods, lifestyles, digital
spaces, and mindsets.
To celebrate this exciting new project, we’ve planned a fun day of eating, talking and imagining the future of food.
