On the 12 of May, the Food Innovation Global Mission will take off from Bologna. Join us for the press conference the day before, in an appointment with local institutions, partner enterprises and most importantly out young talents who will be in the delegation for a presentation of the project and the research topics of the mission.

For “tasting of the future”, there will be drinks and foods prepared by the Food Alchemist  team from the Urban CooLab.
