Cibus International Food Exhibition has been a landmark event for showcasing the excellence Italian agrofood sector. Offering a truly global display, the event will host a number of international conferences and roundtables that will tackle current issues related to food and retail. The 19th edition will be held from the 7th to the 10th of May in Parma
On the 8th of May at 12, for “Pills of Food Innovation” we will provide a preview of our research themes for 2018: Scalable sustainability and Circular systems, Future of Proteins, Agro-innovation in smart cities, “food care” and the future of food service.
Future Food Institute will be present at the Innovation center on the 9th of May at 14:30 for a presentation of our soon to begin Food Innovation Global Mission,with the participation of parter enterprises, the press and international guests. The conference will be concluded with a special focus on the Thai market and the launch of Future Food Thai Lab. At the end of the event the Future Food Institute will sign the agreement with Food Innopolis and the Science and technology Park of Bangkok who will be also hosting the delegates of the global mission during the first week of July.
