  • 470 Alabama Street, San Francisco

What is meat? Just a few years ago, most people would consider this a simple question. With technological advancements in lab-grown clean meat and plant-based protein alternatives, this has become a complex and urgent debate. Proteins derived from sources other than slaughtered animals could have an unprecedented impact on the world’s food supply. Regulatory boundaries are currently being drawn both here in the United States and abroad. Join our panel of experts in the emerging space of clean and plant-based meat in a panel discussion about this game-changing industry. This event will include an immersive tasting experience to accompany the discussion.

Future Food Institute will proudly kick-off the FF4CC project in the US during this event, given the key role of proteins productions technology in shaping new solutions for a sustainable future, as well as the simultaneous Global Climate Action Summit taking place in San Francisco.
